Chaconia Realty wants to make submitting payments of rent, fees, etc as convenient as possible.
We all have enough hassles in our daily home and work lives, so we want to help you to get your payments made with minimal hassle.
We want you to enjoy your free time, and we’re making it as easy as possible to pay your rent. We offer our residents several options for paying their rent and/or other charges associated with their residency.

Pay online using your computer, tablet, or smartphone, via our Payment Portal. We've partnered with trusted service provider Apartments.com to provide a secure and convenient payment methods.

You will be asked to create an online payment profile if you haven't already set up an account. You will then have the option to pay by:

MAIL YOUR PAYMENT
You may pay your rent by mail in the form of CASHIER'S CHECK, Or MONEY ORDER.
Make Check/Money Order Payable to: Chaconia Realty Group
and mail it in time to arrive by the 1st of the month to avoid incurring a late fee.
DROP OFF YOUR PAYMENT
YOU MAY DROP OFF YOUR RENT PAYMENT IN A SEALED ENVELOPE INTO OUR SECURE DROP OFF LOCKBOX

SUBMIT PAYMENT FOR YOUR APPLICATION / SCREENING
DO NOT SUBMIT A PAYMENT IF YOU HAVE NOT COMPLETED AN APPLICATION!
THE FEE IS $60 PER EACH ADULT APPLICANT (INCLUDING CO-SIGNERS) WHO MUST COMPLETE THE SCREENING
